Electrical Engineer $60K-$80k

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generation of electrical schematics & control panel drawings

  • Specification of equipment for procurement

  • Review of drawings created by Design Department

  • Coordination of project budgeting, scheduling, engineering, design, fabrication, & testing

  • Travel as needed for project site activities

Ideal Candidate should have:

Industrial Accountant $60K-$80k

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generation

  • Accounts Receivable - Set-up & Maintain customer accounts in QuickBooks

  • Payroll - Collection of all necessary data to process bi-weekly payroll

Ideal Candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Mechanical Designer $50K to $80K

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generation of process diagrams, 3D system models and various construction drawings

  • Working closely with Project Engineers and Fabricators

Ideal Candidate should have:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Mechanical Design

  • Experience designing sanitary piping fabrications

  • Experience with SolidWorks 3D software

  • Ability to work on multiple projects

CNC Operator/Programmer $38k-$57k

Busy local Manufacturing Company that specializes in the production of progressive stamping die and precision machined parts, looking for experienced CNC Programmers and Operators for first shift. Experience with Horizontal and Vertical turning and milling machining centers, 4th axis machining experience, and live tool turning is desired. Duties and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Experience with programming
• Proficiency in Gibbs Cam or equivalent
• Above average understanding of GD&T
• High School Degree.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Lathe live tooling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

CNC Service Engineer $70k-$75k

Must have previous experience in servicing CNC machinery. Troubleshooting and repair experience required. Knowledge of all aspects of CNC machine service such as teardown, rebuild, mechanical and electrical repairs required for position. Proficiencies working with CNC centers and lathes such as Fanuc, Hurco, Mazak or Haas. This requires services of company contracts, tr#avel daily through N. Illinois and S. Wisconsin. Home nightly. Car allowance, hours 7am to 4pm. Comprehensive salary and benefits - $40/hour and up DOE, Previous experience as manufacturer's rep is a plus!

First/Second Shift CNC Operator $35k-$45k

$5,000 Sign On BONUS!! (Paid out over the First Year of Employment)

Hours: 8-hour shifts Monday - Thursday; Some Overtime on Friday

Responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machinery to cut, form, or shape metal pieces to customer specs by blueprint and engineering schematics. At least 1 year's experience of both setup and operation preferred - must have concrete understanding of manipulation of controls/commands. MUST be experienced in using tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc. A solid manufacturing background, particularly in metals, is preferred. Must be physically able to stand for entirety of shift and move/lift between 50-70lb. Salary commensurate with experience. Drug testing and background check required. CNC Setup Technician $42k-$56k

10-hour shift, bonuses for Saturday overtime. Responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machinery to cut, form, or shape metal pieces to customer specs by blueprint and engineering schematics. At least 1 year's experience of both setup and operation preferred - must have ability to work with sketches and verbal instructions. Must be experienced in using tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc. A solid manufacturing background, Plastics a plus, fast-paced environment, assist in all aspects of tool build to prepare tooling for production. Tool and Die Maker Assistant $38k-$53k

Experience required, must be able to read and interpret tooling requests, set up machines, obtain materials, machine and fabricate parts. As well as lay out plans for repair or machine and tool room projects. Hours are 6:30 am to 3pm, Mon-Fri. Comprehensive benefits including excellent insurance, $5000 sign on bonus and profit sharing. Tool Design Engineer $52k-$75k

Generate tool design and layouts per standard engineering practices. You will generate these for cavities, plugs, cut dies, mounting hardware, along with other required hardware. You will efficiently utilize drawing software for thermoform, cavity and plug creation as required by our package designer. Maintenance and updates of assigned project files, the development of documentation and solutions for quote requests and tooling requirements, techniques and procedures is required. You will also attend and participate in training classes to remain current with required technology. Finally, it will be important to remain current in ISO procedures and work instructions relating to the position. A Technical or Engineering degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience is required for the position. Industrial Sales Engineer $50k-55k

Responsible for development of strategies to reduce production costs in fast-paced fab shop. Develop and implement projects to improve production quality and efficiency, as well as material costs. Must know how to conduct cost analysis reports; read & interpret blueprints and other engineering schematics. A.A. in Sales Engineering or similar relevant education/experience strongly preferred.

Mechanical Designer - AutoCAD $50k-$57k

CAD Designer - Utilize SolidWorks as the primary design software to perform applicable drafting work in the department; improve skills through training. Prepare 3D concept drawings, prototype drawings, and production drawings for material handling projects. Provide bills of materials, routed process information, and other related manufacturing requirements to effectively communicate expectations to shop personnel and purchasing.

Industrial Buying Agent $55k-75k

This position is primarily responsible for managing procurement of materials to provide an uninterrupted flow of high quality materials at the lowest cost while optimizing service and inventory levels in an Agricultural Fabrication shop.

Purchasing raw materials, customer service responsibilities such as completing vendor returns, maintaining costing database and company ERP system, ensuring on-time deliveries among other general costing/purchasing duties.
